מטלת ביצוע בלימודי ניהול ויישוב סכסוכים Teaching the Conflict Performance Task (CPT)

הקורס הינו במודל "איחוד מול ייחוד" בהובלת אגף א' לפיתוח פדגוגי, צוות המקצוע וצוות מטח.

The proposed course is offered to high school Diplomacy teachers in preparation for teaching the Conflict Performance Task in 12^th grade.

This performance based task belongs to an extended "family" of alternative assessment and includes the processes of active research and implementation of solutions.

The research topic of a Conflict Performance Task is a problem relevant to the student. The problem is practical and “real-world” versus theoretical or philosophical. The students are asked to explore and investigate the problem within the context of conflict management and to offer real solutions that they attempt to implement.

This course will provide conflict management teachers with the tools needed to teach and assess the CPT.

Experiment with the Problem-Based-Learning assessment method

Develop skills for leading and guiding students in the execution of the execution task in the diplomacy trend

Create a professional community that supports diplomacy teachers who will perform the execution task.

Diplomacy teachers who teach the Conflict Management Extension subject

The Instructor, Mara Benjamin is one of the approximately 30 Israeli teachers who pioneered and wrote the curriculum for the Diplomacy major in Israel. This is her 5^th year teaching DICE and Conflict Management and she is the Lead Teacher and Coordinator for the DICE major in Eilat

הקורס בהיקף של 30 שעות מוכרות לגמול באופק חדש ובעוז לתמורה.  לקבלת 30 שעות לגמול עם ציון יש לבצע את כל המשימות באתר הקורס, כולל משימת הסיכום.

The course includes three synchronous sessions, and the rest of the learning process takes place asynchronously online.

The course is divided into virtual study units that include lectures, videos, theoretical material and assignments to be performed. The assignments will be uploaded to Google Classroom
