הקורס הינו במודל "איחוד מול ייחוד", מודל שמבוסס על קורס גנרי משותף לכל תחומי הדעת שעובר התאמה מיוחדת לכל תחום. הקורס בהובלת האגף לפיתוח פדגוגי של המזכירות הפדגוגית, מנחה הקורס וצוות מטח.

לאור ההצלחה הרבה של הקורס במחזור הראשון הוחלט במזכירות הפדגוגית לפתוח מחזור נוסף.

*זהו מחזור שני של הקורס. אם השתתפתם במחזור הראשון וקיבלתם ציון סופי מעל 60 לא ניתן להירשם בשנית (אין כפל גמול).

This past year has presented both teachers and students with a new reality. Learning has taken place partially at school, often from a distance and sometimes with a combination of both (hybrid).  This new reality is at once a challenge, but also an opportunity to revisit and replan the learning process that occurs both in traditional in- school learning, and that from afar.

Optimal Distance Learning focuses on the three main axes of distance learning – the pedagogical axis, the technological axis and the socio-emotional axis. It is built on methods based in research and the informed use of digital media.

This course is based on a course that was created for all subject area teachers. Therefore there are a few units which relate more generally to the concepts of social-emotional well-being and techo-pedagogy, while the rest of the units specifically address the first hand needs of teaching English in this new reality.

To appreciate, understand and internalize distance learning and hybrid learning

To develop new strengths for use in hybrid learning and traditional teaching

To develop agile and flexible thinking in regard to learning

To develop the ability to correctly identify a pedagogical and / or didactic need that arises from the new reality and to adapt a specific response to it flexibly

To develop the practice of evaluating and improving the responses.

הקורס הינו בהיקף של 30 שעות, מוכר לאופק חדש ו/או עוז לתמורה (גמול עם ציון).

• יש לקחת חלק פעיל בכל חלקי ההשתלמות: במפגשים הסינכרוניים (בזמן אמת) וביצוע המשימות ביחידות הא- סינכרוניות (עבודה עצמית באתר ההשתלמות).
• השתתפות בפורמים ובקבוצות דיון בסביבת הקורס.
• בתום ההשתלמות יש להגיש מטלת סיכום
• לקבלת גמול יש דרישת השתתפות של 80%

הקורס ייפתח ביום ד', 3/03/2021 במפגש סינכרוני בשעה 19:30.
